33rd Annual Mike MS: Cape Cod Getaway June 24-25

More than 2,000 cyclists are expected to raise $2.8 million to help people affected by MS at the 33rd Annual Bike MS: Cape Cod Getaway, 2 days, 150 miles journey.

The ride, June 24-25, begins in Quincy and finishes in Provincetown. It is the largest National MS Society ride in New England featuring two days of riding from Quincy to the tip of Cape Cod, over the Bourne Bridge and through South Shore communities and coastal towns.

Bike MS, hosted by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, is the premier fundraising cycling series in the U.S. for anyone seeking a personal challenge, an amazing experience,  and a world free of multiple sclerosis.  Each year, Bike MS attracts nearly 100,000 participants nationwide in more than 80 rides. To date, Bike MS cyclists, volunteers, sponsors and donors have raised more than $1 billion so people affected by MS can live their best lives as we stop MS in its tracks, restore what’s been lost, and end MS forever.

Bike MS includes people living with MS, their friends, families and neighbors, as well as corporate teams and individuals who are driven to support critical MS research and life-changing services for people living with MS. People living with MS can also participate in “I Ride with MS,” a special program recognizing Bike MS cyclists living with the disease.

Bike MS is supported nationally by premier National Sponsors Bicycling Magazine and Primal, the apparel provider of Bike MS.  Local sponsors include Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MA, Sanofi Genzyme, Biogen, EMD Serono, Millipore-Sigma, AAA Northeast, Wachusett Brewery, and Jack’s Abby Brewing.
