The eight officers – Timothy Duggan, Matthew Benvie, Kenneth Stanley, Paul Farina, Michael McNeil, Thomas Fox, Colleen White and Kevin Adams – will train for six months at the MBTA Transit Police Academy on Sea Street followed by one or two months of field training. Following Friday’s appointments, the Quincy Police Department now has 163 patrol officers, 30 sergeants, 14 lieutenants and five captains on staff, according to Police Chief Paul Keenan.
